In accordance with the City of Surrey watering restrictions sent out on July 18th, please be advised that owners are also required to maintain their properties by watering as per BSC3334 Bylaw 3.3 which states in part:
“Owners are responsible for watering the landscaping within their limited common property and/or adjacent common areas in accordance with a schedule issued by the Strata Council […] Owners should make arrangements for watering during any prolonged absence.”
Owners should also ensure no items such as inflatables or other temporary items are left on the lawn for extended periods of time as they will kill the grass especially in warmer weather. As always your cooperation to keep Wills Creek beautiful and green is appreciated.
