Dear New Resident,
On behalf of the Wills Creek community, we are pleased to extend a warm welcome to you as a new resident and neighbour.
Wills Creek is a community of residents working together toward a shared goal: creating a friendly, cooperative, safe, and respectful neighbourhood for everyone who lives here.
Our community is conveniently located close to many unique shops, recreational opportunities, and entertainment venues. White Rock Beach and Crescent Beach are only a short drive away and offer wonderful places to walk, relax, and enjoy the scenery.
Wills Creek also has its own amenities centre, featuring a fully equipped gym, outdoor pool, hot tub, and meeting area for residents. Throughout the neighbourhood, you can enjoy beautifully landscaped walkways and trails, as well as several benches placed throughout the development for residents to sit and relax. Be sure to explore the bridge that connects our two properties: the 3122–160 Street side and the 3109–161 Street side.
Your Strata Council
As volunteers on your Strata Council, we represent the residents of Wills Creek and work diligently to help make our community an enjoyable place to live.
We also have an active Block Watch program, supported by resident volunteers, to help promote safety and share important information about security concerns in our neighbourhood. Please contact our Block Watch Captain using the information below to register.

For questions or concerns regarding the strata, please contact our Property Manager, Grant Hastings, at Leonis Management & Consultants Ltd. Please also confirm that you are registered for the Leonis Management & Consultants website so that you receive Council minutes, notices, and other important updates.
Get Involved
There are many opportunities to share your ideas and become involved in the Wills Creek community. You may wish to suggest a social event, join a committee, or consider becoming a Strata Council member.

Each committee is made up of residents who care about our community and want to help make Wills Creek an even better place to live. We also have a community website.
