Wills Creek | Creating Community – Experience the Difference
We wish to extend a warm welcome to you, as a new resident and neighbour of our Wills Creek Community.
We are a community of residents working towards a common goal of establishing Wills Creek as a friendly, cooperative, safe and respectful neighbourhood for all those residing here.
Wills Creek is within close proximity to many unique and wonderful shops; as well you may find recreational activities right within your own backyard and many entertainment venues are a short drive away. Walks along White Rock Beach and Crescent Beach are wonderful to experience.
Our own Wills Creek community hosts an amenities center with a full gym, outdoor pool, hot tub and meeting area for all residents to use. Throughout the neighbourhood you may stroll beautifully landscaped walkways and trails or enjoy relaxing on one of the several benches purposely located throughout the development. Make sure you stroll along the bridge that connects our two properties – the 3122-160th side and the 3109-161 side.
As volunteers on your Strata Council we represent all residents at Wills Creek and work diligently to make living here pleasurable for all. We have an active Block Watch program in place, also represented by volunteers, to ensure our safety and to ensure we receive communication on safety issues within our neighbourhood. Please be sure to contact our Block Watch Captain below to register.

Be sure to confirm with her that you are registered for the Dwell Property Management website and you get all the Council Minutes and important updates.
As a community there are many opportunities to share your ideas, whether it is a suggestion for a social event, a new committee or becoming involved as a Strata Council Member or on one of our committees. We have a Landscaping Committee; an Amenities Committee; a Maintenance Committee; a Social Committee and a Safety and Security Committee. These committees are all volunteers who care about our community. We also have a community website – so be sure to contact Tom Jones below– to register.
