Sadly once again there is a need to remind residents of Wills Creek about speeding in the complex. In the past few years there have been a number of posts on our site regarding this important safety issue and yet people continue to speed through the complex.
Once again I stress it is imperative that everyone especially residents respect our community, the safety of others, and observe the posted speed limit of 10 klm. It goes without saying that if this reckless behaviour continues, it will be just a matter of time before someone if hurt which is the last thing any of us want to see not to mention the potential criminal and civil implications which might follow. This also applies to visitors to the complex, so I encourage you to have this conversation with your guest or other people visiting your unit.
Note: If you see someone driving in a manner which is obviously well in excess of the posted speed limit, please notify your Strata Manager (Kelly Raby) with the date, time, location, vehicle description and licence #, and unit number of the offender so she can forward a letter to the owner or responsible party. This also applies to delivery vehicles and workers in and around the site.
This reckless behaviour MUST stop.
