Please be advised that a Unit in phase 4 has recently undertaken renovations of their master bath and found some excessive water damage and mold once the tile and wall board was removed. One of the observations by the contractor was the general lack of a waterproof membrane which no doubt has contributed to the problem.
If you are experiencing any musty smells it could be as a result of mold and should be investigated by a qualified contractor to determine if there is any evidence of water damage.
