A tenant in Unit 15 – 3109 side of complex reported that on October 9th at approximately 530 pm a young male was observed wondering around the corner of Unit # 15 on a cell phone acting suspicious.

He was also looking in the backyard at unit # 19. When he was approached and asked what he was doing, he said looking for a friend William. When he was told it was private property and there was no William there, he took off still on his phone.

Residents are reminder there have been several reports of suspicious activity by neighbouring Block Watch Captains and it appears there are individuals targeting the Morgan Creek/Grandview Heights area. These subjects are squatters or living in houses in the immediate area awaiting demolition. They are targeting cars and houses in the area for the purpose of theft.

Residents are again reminded to report any suspicious activity to the police either by calling 911 or the non- emergency number. On the surface these events may appear to be innocent but if fact these suspects may be targeting houses and cars and working with other accomplices, communicating by cell phone.
