New water restrictions are in effect as of May 1, 2022. Lawn watering is permitted only one day per week.

Further to the watering restrictions, please be advised that owners are required to maintain their properties by watering as per BSC3334 Bylaw 3.3 which states in part:
“Owners are responsible for watering the landscaping within their limited common property and/or adjacent common areas in accordance with a schedule issued by the Strata Council […] Owners should make arrangements for watering during any prolonged absence.”
Owners should also ensure no items such as inflatables or other temporary items are left on the lawn for extended periods of time as they will kill the grass especially in warmer weather. As always your cooperation to keep Wills Creek beautiful and green is appreciated.
