The following is a reminder that in advance of the Annual General Meeting being held on May 27, 2021 an Information Meeting will be held via Zoom. The Information Meeting will be held on May 20, 2021. At the Information Meeting the owners will review the details of the items in the agenda and be provided an opportunity to ask questions and obtain information from the strata council. No voting will take place at the Information Meeting.
The Information Meeting on May 20, 2021 will also allow us all the opportunity to attend a strata general meeting in this manner (via Zoom) so that on May 27, 2021 it will feel more comfortable.
As the AGM is the same as an “in person meeting”, a quorum of the owners (1/3 of the owners) represented in person or by proxy must be achieved to conduct the business at the meeting.
Please refer to your Owner’s information package mailed out for details with Meeting ID and Passcode to attended the zoom meetings.
