One of the owners has reported that the spring above the overhead garage door in their unit has come loose as shown in the attached photograph. Â These springs are under tremendous tension and could cause serious injury if they come loose or break making this a safety concern for home owners. Please inspect your spring to ensure it has not come loose and if so, contact a qualified garage door specialist. Warning: This is not a job for the handy man!
