Please be advised the pool is open effective May 20th. Just a friendly reminder that users must abide by the rules which are posted in the pool area and amenities building. In particular, parents must supervise anyone under age and no food is allowed in the pool. Drinks must be in plastic or non breakable containers.
Strata wants to ensure that everyone enjoys and takes full advantage of our lovely outdoor pool and facilities. However, part of enjoying the facilities is ensuring that we all do our part to keep the area clean and tidy as well. This means picking up any garbage and water bottles and ensuring the hot tub cover is put back when you are finished.
We also understand the children will be children and love to play and have fun in the pool. However, parents should be mindful that the pool is for everyone’s enjoyment and screaming, yelling, and unnecessary splashing may disturb others using the pool. If your child is not cooperating, you are encouraged to remove your child from the pool immediately and enjoy our sitting/picnic area outside the pool area. Hopefully, this will allow your child time to recover before allowing them back into the pool area. Finally, please take all pool toys with you when you leave.
