Dear Owners and Residents,

Recently, one of our pool loungers was damaged, apparently as a result of excessive force being placed on the back while it was in the reclined position. This caused the rivets in the back of the lounger to pop out. Under normal use, there is no reason for this type of damage to occur.

Please remember that the pool furniture belongs collectively to you, the owners, and the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items is ultimately borne by the Strata and, therefore, all owners. We ask everyone to treat the loungers, tables, umbrellas, and other pool-area furnishings with the same care you would give furniture in your own yard.

In addition, two of the table umbrellas were recently removed from their tables and found lying on the ground. Please do not remove the umbrellas from the tables. They can be easily damaged if they are removed or handled improperly.
