When using the pool and hot tub, residents are asked to be mindful of the rules and exercise proper etiquette. Users of the pool must be accompanied by an owner or resident at all times. Strata wants to ensure that everyone enjoys and takes full advantage of our lovely outdoor pool and facilities. However, part of enjoying the facilities is ensuring that we all do our part to keep the area clean and tidy as well. This means picking up any garbage and water bottles and ensuring the hot tub cover is put back when you are finished. Please take the time to read the rules posted both inside the amenities building and pool area.
We also understand the children will be children and love to play and have fun in the pool. However, parents should be mindful that screaming and yelling and unnecessary splashing that may disturb others using the pool. If your child is not cooperating you are encouraged to remove your child from the pool immediately and enjoy our sitting/picnic area outside the pool area to allow your child time to recover before allowing them back into the pool area. Please take all pool toys with you when you leave.
