Residents and owner are NOT permitted to use visitor parking. If you have more cars than can

be accommodated in your garage or driveway then you must use street parking.

Rules

1. Residents are prohibited to use the visitor parking spaces. These spaces are intended for use by

visitors (non-residents).

By-laws

42.3 A resident must park only in the parking stall(s) assigned to the resident and a visitor of a

resident must park only in parking stall(s) designated for visitor parking or in the parking stall(s)

assigned to the resident.

2. Where possible, vehicles of visitors may park on the driveway apron of the strata lot but must

not extend onto the roadway. Not all strata lot driveway aprons allow for parking vehicles. If a

vehicle is parked in a manner which interferes with the roadway, it may be towed without notice

at the vehicle owner’s expense

42.7 Any resident or visitor must not permit a vehicle to be parked or left unattended in a manner

that interferes with parking stalls, access lanes or no parking zones.

Overnight Visitor Parking

6. Vehicles parking in a visitor parking space between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m.

without displaying a strata corporation issued visitor parking pass will be subject to towing

without notice, at the vehicle owner’s expense.

7. As the availability of visitor parking spaces is limited, the use of the visitor parking spaces

within a one-month calendar period is restricted to five (5) times for no longer than twelve (12)

hours per overnight visit, except as approved by the strata corporation in writing. An overnight

visit is defined as from 12:00 midnight to 12:00 noon.

In the past violation notices have been left on vehicles to inform the vehicle owners of the

infraction and possible towing. If these Rules and By-laws are abused, then the vehicle will be

towed without notice.
