Please be aware, painting has begun in the Amenities building to refresh the walls and baseboards. Painting will be done in phases as volunteer’s time permits. The last time the space was painted was in 2016 so definitely in need of a refresh. Residents, in particular users of the gym are asked to take special care and not hit the walls with weights which have caused damage to the drywall as well as leaves black marks over the walls. A big thanks to the volunteers who have taken on this task.
