Notice to Ownership – TILI Furnaces/Heat Pumps
Previously we forwarded you a message as outlined below. We have had a response from many of you. Thank you! Nothing further is required if you have already responded.
If you have NOT responded and you have information that would help us to move forward with a claim please do so at your earliest convenience. As reported at the AGM we are looking into what can be done to ensure our ownership is entitled to heat pumps that perform much longer than many of our heat pumps have.
- If you have had any problem with your TILI heat pump since installation please provide a brief description that describes the extent of the problem and/or any difficulties encountered with the system. This can include thermostat problems or anything related to a service call.
- If you have had your TILI heat pump replaced please provide the date.
