Please be aware that on Thursday, September 25th the Landscaping Committee
and Kevin Slack from Vista Landscaping Services will be doing a walk-through of all
common and limited property in our development. The Walk-through will begin at
9:00 AM and will continue for approximately 2 hours.
We will be entering yards and ensuring breezeways are clean and free from any
objects other than approved deck boxes. Cleanliness of our development is a
priority.
The purpose of this walk-through is to ensure our property is maintained at the
highest level possible and that the financial cost we share to do this is validated.
We are blessed to have acres of beautiful trees, shrubs, flowers and grass and the
maintenance and replenishing of dying vegetation is a priority for this Council in
order to sustain nature at its best.
We are privileged to have many Homeowners who have personally invested in their
yards and as we walk through our development this is very obvious to see and
much appreciated.
We will be noting all new planting that has occurred and any to be planted very
soon. Areas will be noted for planting in our present fiscal year budget.
As a Council we want to ensure that Wills Creek continues to be the most desirable
place to live in South Surrey.
