As discussed at the last AGM, owners approved the replacement of the ceiling light fixtures in the Amenities Building with LEDs.
The new lights are now installed. Similar to the old patio chairs, rather than discard the old lights— which are still in usable condition, they will be made available to owners free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis until May 22. After that date, any remaining lights will be removed for recycling.
Please see the attached photo for reference on which the lights that are available. There are 2 sizes available 11 X 11 ” and 18 X 15 “, (29 units total). The lights are located in the meeting room on the main floor, help yourself.
