A very productive Maintenance Meeting was held the evening of November 7th – huge Thank you to our Maintenance Committee Members and other owners – it has been calculated that through their volunteering we have saved our ownership 6 thousand dollars with their 146 volunteer man hours! Talk about Creating Community!
Note – Your Strata Council has received inquiries about the appearance of drainage pipes and the way they appear in many of your Units. Please note this is a temporary measure to be used in the rainy season in order to keep water away from the foundation of the Units. It has proven to be very successful and very necessary. As this is temporary measure we ask your understanding until they will be removed in the spring.
Our Goal:
Channel water away from our foundations
Naturally high hydrostatic pressure
Area between buildings is vulnerable
Direct water away for better storm water management
Water ingress problems are costly
Seasonal –returned back to normal in spring
