There were several close calls this week almost leading to accidents with speeding in our development this week. It is most urgent that we adhere to this speed limit – advise visitors to adhere to it and watch for the blind spots specifically in front of # 53 – 3109 and around # 14 and # 15 – 3109. Now that the weather is so lovely our children will be out playing so let’s watch for them at all times.

Please ensure you make a complete stop as you leave the 3109 entrance and watch for pedestrians at the crosswalk.
