The special levy approved by the owners at the February 2018 special general meeting for painting is now overdue.
The strata council has directed the Property Manager to impose a fine of $200.00 plus interest in accordance with the approved resolution for any owner that has not paid the special levy in full by October 31, 2018. Thanks
