This past week ourĀ  Landscaping Contractor – Vista – has added new rich soil to many of the bed areas in our complex- looks great!

Thanks to many of you who over the last while have advised that we have a treadmill in our gym that requires repair. Your Council is aware of this and we are reviewing quotes to make the right decision about next steps. We are aware that the gym area is important to our ownership and are choosing the correct next steps.

Just a reminder that by tomorrow – January 15th – all Christmas and holiday lights and decorations require removal.

We ask the cooperation of our entire ownership as the warranty repair required in Unit # 39 and Unit # 40 moves forward. This requires an outside toilet to be placed and Visitor Parking spots to be used. This is an inconvenience to all – however – is required as we support the owners that require the warranty repair. Your Council and Kelly from RE/MAX meets with the Contractor and the engineering firm weekly to ensure this repair happens expediently and efficiently. We appreciate your understanding.
