Notice to Owners
Vista Landscaping Services and the Landscape Committee will be on site Thursday, September 10th to do a walk-through of all common and limited properties in our development. The walk-through will begin at 9:00 am and will continue for approximately 2-1/2 hours.
We will be entering yards and ensuring breezeways are clean and free from any objects other than approved deck boxes. Cleanliness of our development is a priority.
The purpose of this walk-through is to ensure our property is maintained at the highest level possible and that the financial cost we share to do this is validated.We are privileged to have many homeowners who have personally invested in their yards and as we walk through our development this is very obvious to see and much appreciated.
Contractors visiting to do work have commented on the beauty and cleanliness of our development. Realtors also comment when they show homes for sale on the upkeep and attractiveness of our landscaping.
We are blessed to have acres of beautiful trees, shrubs, flowers and grass and the maintenance and replenishing of dying vegetation is a priority for this Council in order to sustain nature at its best. As a Council, we want to ensure that Wills Creek continues to be the most desirable place to live in South Surrey.
