Community Coffee
We invited you and you came! Our first community coffee, held on June 14, was a huge success. Under sunny skies, our community showed up for fresh coffee, an array of tasty homemade treats and casual conversation. Thank you to our social committee bakers, the bar has been set high.
We understand weekends can be busy with family so thank you for taking a little time to spend it with your neighbours.
We spoke with many of you during and after the event, and yes your committee is working on other dates this summer and fall, so please keep watching for those brightly coloured flyers at the mailboxes.
Here’s what we’re working on next:
We asked and some of you suggested a walking group, so on Thursday, July 9 at 9:30 we will have our first meet-up. Please contact Debbie W. at (604) 835-5804 to ensure you are added to the WhatsApp group list (WhatsApp application required – available for iOS and Android). We look forward to seeing you ready to stroll at the gazebo by the amenity building/pool.
We are planning a kids afternoon on Thursday, July 16 between 2-4 pm at the amenities building. The event is open to kids ages 3-12 (young ones must be accompanied by an adult). So bring the kids over to play games and participate in crafts!
