Below is an updated schedule for the Soft-Wash of the buildings:
Monday, June 1 – Starting at 7:30 am – Units 72-79, possibly 71-70 (starting at #79 working toward #70)
Tuesday, June 2 – Starting at 7:30 am
71-70, if not completed on Monday, then 65-69. (69 might be first thing on Wednesday morning)
Units on the 3122 side will start once the 3109 side is complete (starting June 3 or 4). Cleaning will take place in the following order: Units 13-22 then 23-30 then 1-12.
Please ensure that:
- All patio furniture and accessories (back and front entrance) are removed or pushed as far away as possible from the side of the building.
- Remove anything that is hanging on the building or around the unit, i.e. door wreaths, wind chimes, hummingbird feeders.
- Remove potted plants & exterior door mats/rugs.
- Cover electronic door-bells to protect them from the cleaning solution.
- Remove hoses from hose bibs as access to water is needed.
- Close & lock all windows.
- Cars must be off driveways (including neighbouring Units) and well before we arrive to avoid overspray.
- Once cleaning has started, do not open your garage door, front door or patio door. If you need to go out , remove your vehicle from the garage before cleaning begins.
