As per the recently approved bylaws, owners are responsible for the repair and maintenance of their strata lot, except where such responsibility rests with the Strata Corporation.

This includes regular upkeep such asĀ cleaning patios and walkways to remove moss and dirt buildup.

While the Strata Corporation does not endorse any specific service provider, there are several companies that offer these services. Two examples are Norwegian Wood Property Maintenance Services (www.norwegianwood.ca), and Akartar Janitorial Services, who currently provide annual cleaning for our fountain and pool area.
