Dear Wills Creek Residents,
Starting Monday, November 10″, and lasting a few weeks, Norwegian Wood (Ben Langford) will be on
site cleaning out gutters. To enable the work to be carried out as efficiently and safely as possible,
please take note of the following:
- We will require as much access as possible around buildings so consider this with respect to
placement of garden furniture, and tidy away smaller, loose objects. - Ensure hose bibs and exterior electrical outlets are:
a. Operational
b. Free of attachments
c. Easily accessible - Work will begin around 8.00am each morning until around 4.30pm, as conditions allow.
- Once your Unit has been completed, a similar notification will be left so you know when you can
turn your hose bib off for the Winter again. - If you are aware of a current issue with your gutters, or if you have any questions/concerns,
please contact me directly or your strata council.
