  2. The Maintenance Committee will be doing a walk-through of the development on Saturday, October 14th. Our volunteers with be reviewing the drainage condition at each unit and where possible adjusting downspouts and splash pads to ensure water is channeled away from our foundations. All water hoses will be disconnected and outdoor faucets will be examined to ensure they are adequate for preparation of the upcoming winter season.  As all Units will not be reviewed with this walk through a second walk through will occur on October 28th.
