The Maintenance Committee will be doing a walk-through of the development on October 28th and 29th, 2017.
Our volunteers with be reviewing the drainage condition at each unit and where possible adjusting downspouts and splashpads to ensure water is channeled away from our foundations. All water hoses will be disconnected and outdoor faucets will be examined to ensure they are adequate for preparation of the upcoming winter season.
