REMINDERS TO RESIDENTS
1) Speed of vehicles on the roadway is a safety concern for all – Please drive cautiously when on the roadways and when entering/exiting the property. (Bylaw 47.10 – Speed limit cannot exceed 10 km/h.)
2) Posters or flyers are not permitted to be put on the mailbox security cages. Notices or flyers can be posted on the bulletin board in the amenity building.
3) Please do not leave junk mail in mail box cages. Junk mail is to be recycled by each household.
4) Residents are asked to assist by cleaning the leaf catcher if the unit has this style of downspout.
5) Requests for access to the mechanical room for service by TELUS or SHAW are to be made to the property manager at kelly.raby@dwellproperty.ca. After access is provided it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure the door is closed firmly and locked when the service provider is finished.
