This week:

  • Our volunteers on the Maintenance Committee head up by Roger Morin began the work of ensuring water drainage is taken away from the foundation of our Units. This work continues October 28th. Thank you to Ken Smith; Eric Batut; Dave Newbold, Randy Robinson and Harvey Crone. Please advise if you would like to volunteer as the more involvement we have the faster this important work will be completed.
  • Our irrigation Contractor completed winterizing our irrigation system.
  • Thank you to all the ownership that attended the information Meeting held on October 16th. It is very important to our Council that we keep you abreast of all decisions and actions that continue to make our community the most desirable place to live in the White Rock/South Surrey area.
  • Our contract for snow removal is now in place to be prepared for whatever conditions arise.
  • Be sure to enjoy the last few days until the Hot-Tub closes October 31st.
  • Mark your calendar for the October 31st Halloween party our Social Committee is organizing.
  • We are in the process of changing our lighting system in the bollards around our perimeter lighting to LED lighting – we have completed this with the 3 lights around the fountain area.
  • Our Landscaping Contractor is preparing our development for fall – hanging baskets are down and perennials are all being trimmed and pruned.
  • Repair to warped doors continues to be progressing in our development under the direction of RDH Engineering.
