As the warranty work continues at Units # 39 and # 40 – 3109 we request your continued patience. Visitor Parking may at times be compromised as it is necessary for the Contracting Company to have access to properly do their work and park the equipment necessary to perform it. You will note that a bin has been placed this week on the Visitor Perking spot between Units # 15 and # 16 – 3109. Your Council and Kelly from RE/MAX meets with the Contractor and the engineering firm weekly to ensure this repair happens expediently and efficiently. We appreciate your understanding.

As a courtesy to our neighbors please ensure if you are having a contractor do work in your personal Unit that at no time are they blocking the driveway space of a neighboring Unit.  Your Council does instruct all Strata Contractors to ensure no personal driveways or fire lanes are used for parking as they perform their work.

As a reminder – please ensure that all Landscaping changes and improvements to common property have approval before any work commences – this does include adding lights and planting perennials. Instructions are available on the Strata Plan website.
