  • Notice of an Information Meeting

    Date: Thursday, February 23, 2017

    Time: 7:00 p.m.

    Location: Pacific Inn Resort & Conference Centre (Cote DAzure Room)

    1160 King George Highway, Surrey

    This notice is issued to all Owners, Strata Plan BCS 3334, to allow the Strata Council and the strata legal council to provide information on the matter of the geothermal infrastructure at Wills Creek.

    At this meeting, there will be no resolutions proposed or minutes of the meeting prepared so all owners are encouraged to attend. The goal of the Information Meeting is to ensure owners receive as much detail and have their questions answered. At a future date, information will be provided and/or a Special General Meeting of the ownership will be scheduled where a resolution(s) on this matter will be on the agenda.

  • No Water – 3109 161st Street
    Due to an water main burst at 3109 161st Street, the City of Surrey has shut off the water to 3109 161st Street. This was done on an emergency basis and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. This will be rectified as soon as possible.
